We work with companies who are seeking specific skill-sets, as well as educational backgrounds and certifications. We work with our clients to determine the best option for placement, whether it is a temporary-to-permanent position, short-term contract, or a direct-hire.
Our Diversity Division evaluates the needs of companies looking to diversify their team. We utilize the skills of our recruiters to screen from a larger pool of candidates, finding the most qualified individuals. Through our Inclusive Division, we assist individuals with employment barriers. We provide employment opportunities for military veterans, ex-offenders and others facing barriers. We educate our candidates about application etiquette, interviewing, resume building, and much more. In 2015, through this division we have given 65% of our workforce a second chance, while lowering the recidivism and unemployment rate in Michigan.
